Pricing begins at 120€ per guest for a 4-course menu (based on a party of two).
Residencies and pop-up events
As a nomadic chef, I partner with restaurants and creative spaces to craft temporary gastronomic experiences for a season, a week, or a one-night event.
Culinary art experiences
I view the plate as a canvas. Not only a vessel for food, but a vehicle for meaning. By blending gastronomy with other forms of art; music, painting, or design, I create immersive 'scenographies' where food is an artistic medium. I collaborate with galleries, festivals, and artists.

Whether in private 1:1 sessions or small groups, I love to share my approach to plant-based cuisine. From essential techniques, seasonal cooking, to advanced fine-dining plating, lessons are tailored to your skill level.
